Geographic Market:
CheapTape.com currently sells its products to U.S. based customers who reside in the continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii. CheapTape.com now also sells to Canada and Mexico. However, CheapTape.com does not calculate taxes or shipping charges for Canada or Mexico. The customer must call for these charges or will automatically be billed for these charges. By submitting their order, customers agree to pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges. By submitting their order, customers purchasing from CheapTape.com agree that they are a United States, Canada, or Mexico resident.
Accepting your Order:
CheapTape.com reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to cancel or accept your order, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item for any reason. Receipt of an automatic electronic order confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of your order, nor does it express a confirmation of our offer to sell. CheapTape.com will charge a $5 processing fee on orders under $75 (prior to tax). All sales are final. No refunds will be authorized on purchases made on Cheaptape.com.
Use of Credit Cards:
CheapTape.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We do not charge an extra fee for credit card use. CheapTape.com may require you to provide additional identification before processing your order.
Shipping:
Orders received at CheapTape.com before 2:00PM Central Standard Time will ship the same business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders may be placed on CheapTape.com anytime, however, we process and ship orders only during normal business days, Monday through Friday. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays. Although we work hard to get you your order ready and we use FedEx to help insure a timely delivery, we cannot "guarantee" when an order will arrive. We reserve the right to change or add shipping providers as needed to allow for future competitive opportunities and to maintain customer satisfaction. In the case of a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products in the order at the same time. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you when you place your order. CheapTape.com does not calculate shipping charges for Canada or Mexico. If you would like us to ship to Canada or Mexico, the customer must call Cheaptape.com. to get the shipping charges. By placing an order on CheapTape.com which is to be shipped to Canada or Mexico, you agree to pay all shipping charges.
Tax:
CheapTape.com charges applicable state sales tax for orders which are shipped to addresses within these states: Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, Washington, Ohio and California. Residents of these states are responsible for any local taxes. For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or local taxes. CheapTape.com does not calculate taxes for orders being shipped to Canada or Mexico. If we are shipping to these destinations, the customer must call Cheaptape.com. for tax charges.
Returns:
Returns will only be authorized if a product is shipped in error, by Cheaptape.com. Otherwise, all sales are final on Cheaptape.com. Under no other circumstance will returns be accepted.
Typographical Errors:
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, CheapTape.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If payment was made for the purchase of an incorrectly priced product and is later canceled, CheapTape.com will issue a credit or refund for the amount of the incorrect price.
